I have been battling my weight since childhood and have over the years lost nearly 300 pounds (my highest weight being 550 pounds). I've had great progress with Stephanie. When I started, I wasn't eating enough calories or protein, but now as Stephanie has helped me increase my protein, I've seen a lot of changes in my body. My muscle mass has increased and so have my energy levels.

I've had a few injuries in my time, and because of those, I tend to favor one knee over the other, engage my traps instead of my lats, etc. And before I had a really hard time with exercises involving my lower core, but Stephanie helped me find where I was overcompensating in muscles groups that weren't the intended target. My mobility has increased significantly and I'm waking up with less pain and soreness now that the right muscles are being engaged.

“My name is Luis Jimenez, I've been with Catalyst since 2015, and I am a Reporting & Analytics Specialist. My personal progress has been tremendous. My weight was 281.5 pounds, my BMI 42.8 and PBF 40.6 %, very unhealthy. My current weight is 202.2 pounds and my PBF is 17.0%. My mobility has been transformed from aching knees and no mobility to be very active and no pain on my knees. My muscle mass has increased as well, I remembered that I started with the 25 lb. dumbbells for bench press and now I can do reps of 205lbs. This training has changed my life forever, I have more conscious of what I put into my body and try to keep a good balance meals, I would not call it a diet since I do eat well, just with better choices on the quality of food I take. My goal was to be under 200 pounds and from that point, make another goal. I am close to that goal and I am getting excited in what comes next.

Personal training became a benefit we introduced to our team in 2023, initially offered only to our in-office employees. After a year of great success, we began receiving feedback from remote team members who were eager to participate as well. We approached Tony to explore the possibility of expanding the program, and he not only embraced the idea—he hired two additional trainers. Thanks to his support and initiative, we successfully launched remote training in 2025. I began working with Tony in August 2024. At the time, I had recently returned to work after having my third child and was recovering from a severe ankle fracture that required surgery and ten weeks of non–weight bearing, followed by six months of physical therapy. When I restarted training with Tony seven months post-surgery, I carried a lot of fear and hesitation around reinjuring my ankle. Tony has been instrumental in rebuilding both my physical strength and my confidence. He is patient, attentive, and truly meets you where you are. His approach allowed me to progress at a pace that felt safe while still pushing me toward meaningful improvement.

Today, as I reflect on my journey, I can confidently say that I have met the strength-building goals I set when I first started working with him and I continue to challenge myself and expand my fitness goals. Tony and his team are exceptional—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely invested in the people they work with. As I’ve continued with my exercise routine, I’ve seen a clear increase in my strength, and I’ve been feeling better overall.  The positive changes have been both motivating and rewarding.  My overall body fat to muscle has improved which is very exciting.  I recently went on a mountain bike ride and noticed increased ability and balance.
