Initial Consultation: Understanding Your Needs

We begin with a complimentary consultation to understand your workplace, employee needs, and preferred training format. Whether your team is in-office, remote, or hybrid, we assess your space, goals, and wellness priorities to design a program that fits how your company operates.

Training Environment Setup: On-Site or Remote

For in-person teams, we design a customized office gym layout that maximizes your space and supports safe, effective training. For remote teams, we set up a seamless virtual training environment so employees can participate from anywhere. Either way, we build a strong foundation for long-term success.

TAILORED WELLNESS PLAN: TRAINING, MOBILITY & NUTRITION

We create a customized wellness plan based on your employees’ goals and work structure. Programs can include personal training, mobility work, and nutrition guidance, and are designed to support in-person, remote, or hybrid teams.
