ABOUT
FIT for WORK
Fit for Work is a corporate wellness team dedicated to helping employees feel healthier, stronger, and more energized throughout the workday. What began as a single on-site fitness service has grown into a complete wellness solution for both in-office and remote teams, including personal training, mobility work, nutrition guidance, and ongoing coaching tailored to each organization.
We believe wellness should not require extra time in the day. It should fit naturally into the rhythm of work. Whether training employees in an on-site gym or coaching remotely through virtual sessions, we create a consistent, supportive, and personalized experience for every company we work with.
Our Services
-
The most impactful way to train.
Bringing a gym into your workplace creates a structured environment that supports employee wellness, consistency, and overall company culture. With hands-on coaching and a dedicated training space, employees stay engaged and progress faster.
From initial gym setup to ongoing training, mobility work, and nutrition support, we provide a complete in-person wellness experience.
Key benefits:
Stronger engagement through real-time coaching and accountability
Faster progress with hands-on instruction and form correction
A dedicated training space that builds consistency and routine
Improved workplace culture through shared training experiences
-
Wellness that meets you wherever you are.
Remote training makes professional fitness accessible for hybrid teams, distributed companies, and employees who prefer to train at home. Each session is live and tailored to the individual’s space, equipment, and goals.
Employees receive the same level of coaching, accountability, and structure as in-person clients, without the need to commute.
Why it works:
Flexible training from home, office, or any available space
Live coaching for accountability, structure, and progression
Reduced friction with no commute or scheduling conflicts
Consistent support to build long-term health and fitness habits
-
Wellness that adapts to every employee and every schedule.
Our hybrid model combines in-person and remote training into one unified program. Employees in the office can train in your on-site gym, while remote or hybrid team members receive the same level of coaching from home.
This approach keeps your entire team connected under one structured wellness program, ensuring consistency, accountability, and results—no matter where they work.

Remote Trainer
I grew up playing a variety of sports — soccer, swimming, track & field, cross country — and while athletics came naturally to me, discipline didn’t. That changed in high school, where the cross country team (and a best friend who believed in me more than I believed in myself) taught me what it meant to show up with purpose. Her influence, and her passing at age 19, became a major turning point in my life and the reason I chose a path rooted in health, discipline, and intention.
I went on to earn a Kinesiology degree at SDSU, but I didn’t fully find my voice until I started teaching yoga. The right people saw potential in me before I saw it in myself, and that encouragement opened the door to becoming a fitness instructor and eventually a personal trainer.
Even with years of experience, nothing tested me the way motherhood did. I had always relied on natural ability and competitiveness, but postpartum required a different kind of strength (flexibility, patience, and consistency when everything felt overwhelming). Through that process, I rebuilt not only my body but my confidence, with more muscle and less body fat than I had before pregnancy.
Today I help others, especially moms, bridge the gap between feeling stuck and feeling strong. My goal is to guide people through the physical and mental blocks that hold them back, and show them that being consistent doesn’t mean perfection, it means more flexibility. Just like the people who believed in me long before I believed in myself, I strive to be that same source of support for my clients!
