ABOUT
FIT for WORK
Fit For Work is a workplace wellness team dedicated to helping employees feel healthier, stronger, and more energized throughout the workday. What began as a single on-site fitness service has grown into a full support system for both in-office and remote teams, offering personal training, mobility work, stretching, nutrition guidance, and ongoing coaching tailored to your organization.
We believe that wellness shouldn’t require extra time in the day — it should fit naturally into the rhythm of work. Whether we’re training employees in an on-site gym or coaching remote staff through virtual sessions, our team creates a consistent, supportive, and personalized experience for every company we partner with.
Our Services
-
The most impactful way to train.
Bringing a physical gym into your workplace creates an environment that elevates both wellness and company culture.
Employees get the full advantage of hands-on coaching, a dedicated training space, and the structure needed to stay consistent.
Key benefits of in-person training:
Stronger engagement: Employees stay more focused and push harder with real-time support and accountability.
Faster progress: Proper form improves quickly with immediate feedback and hands-on correction.
A motivating environment: The energy of a dedicated gym helps employees show up ready to train — no commute, no excuses.
Improved workplace culture: Training in the same space builds camaraderie, boosts morale, and creates shared momentum.
Supports on-site presence: A high-quality gym becomes a workplace perk that encourages employees to stay in the office and feel more connected to their team.
In-person training offers the strongest combination of motivation, community, and support — right where your team works.
-
Wellness that meets you wherever you are.
Remote training makes professional fitness accessible for hybrid teams, distributed companies, or employees who prefer training at home.
Your team gets the same level of attention and accountability as in-person clients, delivered through live video sessions tailored to their space.
Why remote training works so well:
Truly flexible: Employees can train from an apartment, office, garage, or any space they have available.
High accountability: Live coaching ensures they stay consistent, challenged, and supported.
Less friction, more consistency: No commute, no waiting for equipment, and no scheduling stress.
Inclusive for all employees: Everyone gets access to high-level training, even if they’re not on-site.
Custom Workout Starter Kit included: Every remote client gets a personalized starter kit based on the equipment they have, their available space, and their goals. The trainer builds this during the first session to set them up for long-term success.
Remote training keeps wellness convenient, effective, and accessible — ensuring your entire team can benefit, no matter where they work.
-
Wellness that adapts to every employee and every schedule.
The hybrid option gives your company the best of both worlds. Employees who are in the office can train in your corporate gym, while remote or hybrid workers receive the same level of coaching from home. Everyone stays connected under one wellness program, no matter where they’re located.

Remote Trainer
I grew up playing a variety of sports — soccer, swimming, track & field, cross country — and while athletics came naturally to me, discipline didn’t. That changed in high school, where the cross country team (and a best friend who believed in me more than I believed in myself) taught me what it meant to show up with purpose. Her influence, and her passing at age 19, became a major turning point in my life and the reason I chose a path rooted in health, discipline, and intention.
I went on to earn a Kinesiology degree at SDSU, but I didn’t fully find my voice until I started teaching yoga. The right people saw potential in me before I saw it in myself, and that encouragement opened the door to becoming a fitness instructor and eventually a personal trainer.
Even with years of experience, nothing tested me the way motherhood did. I had always relied on natural ability and competitiveness, but postpartum required a different kind of strength (flexibility, patience, and consistency when everything felt overwhelming). Through that process, I rebuilt not only my body but my confidence, with more muscle and less body fat than I had before pregnancy.
Today I help others, especially moms, bridge the gap between feeling stuck and feeling strong. My goal is to guide people through the physical and mental blocks that hold them back, and show them that being consistent doesn’t mean perfection, it means more flexibility. Just like the people who believed in me long before I believed in myself, I strive to be that same source of support for my clients!
